When we bought Merlin she had her kitchen, bathroom and bedroom all completed but we needed more storage and wanted to put our own stamp on things. So firstly we bought some storage cupboards to fit into the kitchen. I even managed to build them all by myself and actually followed the instructions. We bought furniture for the bathroom and bedroom and managed to get our freezer through the front window. I painted the kitchen, lounge and bathroom but still need to finish the bedroom. I have even made new cushion covers for our cushions/port hold curtains.
Next we put some plants on the front of the boat to make it look nice along with some herbs which I can use when cooking. As well as some shiny solar lights. I love a good solar light.
Finally we got the name painted on the side of the boat.
All we need to do now is get the pram cover fitted to the back and we have completed all the work we wanted to do on the boat. However Georgie and Eren have made themselves at home which is the most important thing.
