After a long day yesterday we decided to stay an extra day at Hawkesbury Junction, we are also well ahead of our schedule to get to Calcutt Boats by the weekend. We spent a very relaxing day on the canal, sitting in the sun. Even managed to pick some blackberries ready for a crumble at the weekend.
We went down to the Greyhound pub in the afternoon just for a beer but the weather was so hot we only managed one drink before heading back to the boat.
